Thanks to our proprietary solutions, integrations, settings, and even custom scripts and plugins will be transferred without downtime.
The time and cost required for SellRocket migration/implementation are quoted individually based on the scope of work, following a detailed audit of processes and automations.
It all depends on the company's level of automation. Sometimes, migration can be completed within a week, but most often it takes 2-4 weeks to thoroughly test all processes.
Yes! All SellIntegro integrations with any OMS system are compatible with SellRocket. Migrating an ERP system connection in the case of SellIntegro integration is simply a matter of changing basic connection configurations. SellRocket also works with many other integration service providers connected to your existing sales management system. If you have a question about a specific company you currently use, please contact us; it's possible it's already integrated with SellRocket.
Yes, SellRocket was built with an API-First concept – an approach where API design is a priority from the very beginning of system development. Additionally, we provide API emulators to facilitate migration to SellRocket.
Yes! SellRocket is fully flexible, allowing for interface view personalization and the implementation of custom automations. Advanced users can create their own rules and dedicated automated actions using JavaScript, while basic users can set up automations through a click-based interface.

Yes! SellRocket enables full synchronization of inventory levels and prices in real-time.
Yes! Currently, we enable listing offers on Allegro and transferring offers from one Allegro account to another; more platforms will be added over time.
We provide stable and reliable infrastructure hosted on the Azure platform. We ensure service availability at 99.99%. The entire user instance has automatic full backups created every 4 hours to ensure maximum security of your data.
Yes! We do not limit the number of entities within a single SellRocket instance; you only pay for the number of orders.
SellRocket operates on an event-driven system, synchronizing individual product records that change in real-time to sales channels. Inventory changes can be sent to SR live, for example, via integration with an ERP system, or manually, by updating a CSV file at any time.
We support many different warehouses; we can sum up stock levels across all warehouses or send the stock level from a selected warehouse to the sales channel.
Yes! We can use any number of price groups and currencies. As part of the integration with sales channels, we also support price modification during transmission using a multiplier/converter, for example, for currencies, or adding a fixed surcharge to the price. We also support rounding converted prices up to x.99.
Yes! Thanks to the returns module, the system automatically generates information about a return initiated by the Buyer from Allegro, and the tracking number of the returned package is filled in. The return can be easily linked to an order and located by scanning the tracking number.
SellRocket allows for updating:
- order fulfillment statuses, e.g., for status "x" in SellRocket, mark the order as "in progress" in the sales channel,
- retrieving payment update information on the order,
- live transmission of shipping label numbers and carriers,
- live invoice transmission via API or email,
