01 — How much does SellRocket cost?

The price depends only on the number of orders processed in the system – check the pricing tab.

02 — Is migrating to SellRocket complicated?

No! The migration is performed by a SellRocket Implementation Specialist or a trusted Partner. Switching to SellRocket is a quick process that requires minimal time from you. Thanks to our proprietary solutions, integrations, settings, and even custom scripts and plugins will be transferred without downtime.
The time and cost required for SellRocket migration/implementation are quoted individually based on the scope of work, following a detailed audit of processes and automations.

03 — How long does migration to SellRocket take?

It all depends on the company's level of automation. Sometimes, migration can be completed within a week, but most often it takes 2-4 weeks to thoroughly test all processes.

04 — Does SellRocket work with sellintegro.pl integrations?

Yes! All SellIntegro integrations with any OMS system are compatible with SellRocket. Migrating an ERP system connection in the case of SellIntegro integration is simply a matter of changing basic connection configurations. SellRocket also works with many other integration service providers connected to your existing sales management system. If you have a question about a specific company you currently use, please contact us; it's possible it's already integrated with SellRocket.

05 — Does SellRocket have an API?

Yes, SellRocket was built with an API-First concept – an approach where API design is a priority from the very beginning of system development. We offer the most comprehensive API on the market, allowing access to all data displayed to the SellRocket user. We enable the creation of any number of API keys without limits on query volume. Additionally, we provide API emulators to facilitate migration to SellRocket.

06 — Can I customize the system to my needs?

Yes! SellRocket is fully flexible, allowing for interface view personalization and the implementation of custom automations. Advanced users can create their own rules and dedicated automated actions using JavaScript, while basic users can set up automations through a click-based interface.

What is the system update process like?

Our system, your rules – with SellRocket, you have full control over updates. Updates are deployed automatically without interrupting system operation – the user decides with our support team when they can be performed.

08 — How does SellRocket handle a large number of orders?

Since 2023, we have been serving clients with anywhere from 1,000 to 250,000 orders per month. After migrating to SellRocket, you won't have to worry about whether increasing sales is profitable. Is your business changing? SellRocket evolves with you – its flexible features and system scalability guarantee a perfect fit for your needs.

09 — Does SellRocket support kits and variant products?

Yes, we support kits, variant products, and automatic kit breakdown.

10 — Are orders in SellRocket archived?

No, orders in SellRocket are always available, without time limits, from both the user interface and the API.

11 — Does SellRocket have a packing and picking assistant?

Yes! We have a packing and picking assistant (for single items and in bulk) with support for scanners and data collectors. These modules allow you to define custom events, create shipping labels, scan and automatically mark products; and use hotkeys and barcodes to trigger automated actions.

12 — Can I manage inventory and prices?

Yes! SellRocket enables full synchronization of inventory levels and prices in real-time.

13 — Does SellRocket allow listing offers on marketplaces?

Yes! Currently, we enable listing offers on Allegro and transferring offers from one Allegro account to another; more platforms will be added over time.

14 — How does data backup work?

We provide stable and reliable infrastructure hosted on the Azure platform. We ensure service availability at 99.99%. The entire user instance has automatic full backups created every 4 hours to ensure maximum security of your data.

15 — Can I manage multiple accounts within a single SellRocket panel?

Yes! We do not limit the number of entities within a single SellRocket instance; you only pay for the number of orders.

16 — How does inventory synchronization work?

SellRocket operates on an event-driven system, synchronizing individual product records that change in real-time to sales channels. Inventory changes can be sent to SR live, for example, via integration with an ERP system, or manually, by updating a CSV file at any time.
We support many different warehouses; we can sum up stock levels across all warehouses or send the stock level from a selected warehouse to the sales channel.

17 — Can we use multiple price groups in SellRocket?

Yes! We can use any number of price groups and currencies. As part of the integration with sales channels, we also support price modification during transmission using a multiplier/converter, for example, for currencies, or adding a fixed surcharge to the price. We also support rounding converted prices up to x.99.

18 — Does SellRocket have a returns module?

Yes! Thanks to the returns module, the system automatically generates information about a return initiated by the Buyer from Allegro, and the tracking number of the returned package is filled in. The return can be easily linked to an order and located by scanning the tracking number.

19 — What automatic processes are possible from SellRocket to the sales channel?

SellRocket allows for updating:

  • order fulfillment statuses, e.g., for status "x" in SellRocket, mark the order as "in progress" in the sales channel,
  • retrieving payment update information on the order,
  • live transmission of shipping label numbers and carriers,
  • live invoice transmission via API or email,
  • live price synchronization,
  • live stock synchronization,
  • linking products in PIM with products/offers in the sales channel
