An operating system for growing eCommerce - with a simple pricing model based on the number of orders. With a price guarantee.
With SellRocket OMS, you pay for the actual scale of your operations — the number of orders processed.

The highest standard of service, regardless of company size
Regardless of their current scale, every SellRocket OMS client gains access to a stable, scalable environment and the support needed for daily operational work. As part of our collaboration, we provide:
a partnership approach - we value long-term relationships,
a clear and predictable billing model with a price guarantee for years,
maximum automation of real processes,
migration without unnecessary operational disruption,
AI-ready architecture, prepared for integration with any system,
stable infrastructure and data security.
We don't promise that complex processes can be streamlined with a single click. Our focus is on reliably transferring and organizing daily eCommerce operations: orders, statuses, automations, integrations, shipments, and process control.
What does the SellRocket OMS subscription include?
SellRocket OMS is designed for eCommerce businesses that need a stable solution to handle a growing number of orders, sales channels, and integrations. With your subscription, you receive not only access to the system but also the infrastructure, tools, and features necessary for daily operational work: from order intake, automation, and shipments, to integrations, advanced API, warehousing, users, and process control.
In SellRocket OMS, we do not limit the fundamental elements needed to scale eCommerce operations. The system is designed to streamline processes, not force your business to adapt to artificial package limits. With your subscription, you get:
a dedicated SellRocket instance with dedicated infrastructure and an environment operating independently of other clients' load,
real-time synchronization of orders, inventory levels, and prices,
no limit on integrations with marketplaces, online stores, and shipping companies,
no limit on products and offers on marketplaces,
no limit on user profiles,
no limit on devices, packing stations, and order picking stations,
ability to handle multiple entities on a single system instance,
no limit on the number of API keys and requests per minute in standard system operation,
access to native API-first SellRocket, and the BaseLinker API standard,
unlimited document printing without needing to download them to disk, thanks to SellIntegro CloudPrint,
constant access to order history via API, with no time limit on data availability.
This is especially important for companies that don't want to recalculate the system cost with every new user, sales channel, offer, automation, or integration.
OMS implementation affects the daily work of sales, warehouse, customer service, administration, and accounting. Therefore, we treat it as a structured implementation process, not just an application launch. As part of our cooperation, we provide:
contact with a dedicated 2-person implementation team via WhatsApp and phone,
daily communication with the client's team during implementation – quick response to changes,
dedicated hotline support for the first month of using the system after implementation,
assistance with process analysis, integration, and automation,
daily support from our support team on business days from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM,
support on weekends and holidays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
The goal of implementation is not just to launch the system, but primarily to ensure a smooth and non-invasive migration of your production environment. We transfer your eCommerce operations to SellRocket so that the system change is secure and almost imperceptible in your team's daily work.
SellRocket OMS centralizes order management from various sales channels and helps streamline daily operational work. The system supports, among other things:
managing orders from marketplaces,
managing orders from online stores,
handling orders placed by phone or in person,
handling multiple order sources within a single process – unifying data regardless of the sales channel,
handling sales of bundles and variant products,
managing returns from Allegro, returns added to orders, and manually entered returns,
automatic actions accelerating order fulfillment,
individual processes based on automatic scripts using JavaScript,
working with the packing and order picking module,
shipping parcels individually, in bulk, automatically, or via API,
automatic email notifications to customers or the ability to send a dedicated email from the order card,
sending dedicated links for order payment,
extensive generation of printouts and exports,
ability to create individual order fulfillment paths for different business entities (multiple tax IDs on one instance, channels, customers, or product types),
history of changes and actions performed on an order, control of statuses and fulfillment stages.
A well-designed OMS should support not only order fulfillment itself, but also the predictability of the entire process — from order retrieval, through picking and shipping, to status updates in sales channels.
In a larger eCommerce operation, integration with a sales channel doesn't end with just order retrieval. Stock levels, prices, offers, statuses, tracking numbers, synchronization errors, and exception handling are also important. SellRocket OMS supports:
integrations with marketplaces and online stores,
support for external warehouses of online stores,
automatic real-time synchronization of stock levels between the warehouse, marketplaces, and stores,
automatic synchronization of product prices according to warehouse prices or pricing rules (multiplier, fixed add-on, rounding),
automatic closing of product offers when their stock runs out, or when they reach a non-zero stock level designated for offer termination,
configuration of the maximum quantity that can be set for an offer,
automatic closing of offers when the price is zero,
automatic offer relisting (configurable),
managing offers and products in conjunction with the warehouse,
This allows sales channels to operate within a single, organized process, rather than requiring manual handling across multiple panels.
Shipping is one of the most sensitive stages of eCommerce operations. Errors in labels, statuses, or tracking numbers quickly lead to delays, customer inquiries, and marketplace issues. SellRocket OMS enables:
access to many courier integrations,
shipping packages individually, in bulk, or automatically,
shipping parcels using the BaseLinker API standard,
ordering couriers,
transferring tracking numbers to marketplaces and online stores,
automatic printing of shipping labels,
sending notifications to customers with the courier tracking number,
creating your own templates for parcel dimensions, sizes, and weights,
monitoring parcel statuses and delivery times,
automatic verification of parcel deliveries and basing automation on this.
The goal is to reduce manual work and minimize the risk of errors in a process that daily impacts customer service quality.
Automation in SellRocket OMS goes beyond simple "if-then" rules. The system allows you to build more advanced processes tailored to the specific operations of your company. Within automation, you can utilize:
automated actions,
advanced actions extended with JavaScript,
automatic status changes,
automatic parcel dispatch,
automatic correspondence with customers based on defined email templates,
automatic issuing and transmission of sales documents via integrated tools,
automations triggered by a keyboard shortcut,
custom buttons for automated actions,
actions triggered by a barcode scan,
quick printing of documents and labels without downloading files to your computer,
a packing and picking assistant using a barcode scanner.
This is especially important for companies where the standard order process is only part of the reality, and daily operations involve many exceptions, conditions, and dependencies.
SellRocket OMS supports managing your product database and linking it to sales channels, offers, prices, and stock levels. The system allows for:
creating your own product database or using and downloading a database of offers from an ERP, store, marketplace, or other OMS,
synchronization of stock levels and prices between the SellRocket warehouse and marketplaces in real-time,
import products from listings with the option to create products in the warehouse,
import products from a CSV file or manually,
export data to CSV, PDF, or TXT files using ready-made templates or in any custom way,
creating custom data export formats to CSV.
This allows the product database to be managed in a more organized way and linked to the real sales process.
SellRocket OMS also supports managing Allegro listings within the sales and warehouse process. Features include:
listing simple products and bundles from any warehouse on Allegro,
bulk operations on multiple auctions simultaneously, e.g., closing, relisting, price updates, stock updates, setting promotions, pre-orders, changing synchronization settings, changing tags, changing parameters,
importing listings into the internal warehouse,
linking listings with products and inventory levels.
This is a solution for companies that want to reduce manual work in managing Allegro listings and better link sales with warehouse processes.
SellRocket OMS operates in a browser, allowing the system to be used from anywhere and on various devices with internet access. This is especially important for eCommerce companies where different teams work on a single process: sales, warehouse, customer service, administration, and management. Within the system, you get:
99.99% service availability, stable and reliable infrastructure hosted on the Azure platform,
ability to work online from anywhere,
continuous system availability for operational teams,
backups created every 4 hours to ensure maximum security of your data
an environment designed for stable operational work,
employee profiles with separate logins and passwords,
ability to grant permissions to specific users,
verification of actions performed by employees within the system,
creating automated actions with conditions for a specific user.
This allows the company to work within a single system regardless of the employee's location, position, or role, while maintaining control over access, accountability, and process flow.
Who is SellRocket for?
SellRocket OMS is not a starter tool for the first few dozen orders per month. It's a system for companies that want to streamline and scale eCommerce operations: order fulfillment, automation, team workflow, integrations, and processes between sales channels, warehouse, couriers, and invoicing or ERP systems. Consider SellRocket OMS if:
you handle at least several thousand orders per month,
you sell on multiple channels,
you use an ERP system, an invoicing system, or plan to streamline integrations,
your current system limits automation or scalability,
you want to migrate from another OMS, a simpler tool, or your own solution,
you need a stable technology partner,
security, availability, and process control are important to you.
For larger eCommerce operations, an OMS is not just a tool for order management. It's a system that impacts the daily work of sales, warehouse, customer service, administration, and accounting.
Migrating to SellRocket without paralyzing operations
We begin the migration to SellRocket by analyzing your current system and processes. We examine how your company truly operates today: what sales channels, automations, statuses, integrations, packing processes, documents, ERP, couriers, and other tools it uses.
The goal of the migration is to transition to SellRocket without unnecessary disruption to your team's daily work. In many areas, we can replicate your current operations 1:1 or very closely. Where differences between systems arise, we discuss them beforehand and propose alternative solutions that deliver the same business value.
During migration, we can transfer or recreate, among other things:
order statuses with their IDs and the team's current workflow regarding statuses,
automations and automated actions,
rules based on payment, delivery, order source, or order conditions,
sales channel integrations,
fetching orders from online stores and marketplaces,
courier integrations and shipping process,
delivery methods,
label generation,
printouts, exports, and operational documents,
picking lists,
CSV/XML exports,
documents for warehouse or customer service,
filters, views, and team workflow,
how employees search, group, and process orders,
users, roles, and permissions,
separate access for warehouse, customer service, administrators, and accounting,
order packing process,
warehouse workflow logic and order fulfillment control,
integrations with ERP or invoicing systems,
selected historical data or active orders, if needed for current operations, complaints, returns, or reporting.
Migration shouldn't paralyze operations. That's why, instead of forcing a change in your team's workflow, we analyze your current processes and find the safest way to transfer them to SellRocket OMS.
Simple and highly transparent pricing.
At SellRocket, we focus on making our pricing as simple and transparent as possible. You pay a subscription based on the number of orders processed, not on numerous additional technical parameters. We don't add separate charges for elements that are a natural part of daily operations in larger e-commerce businesses.
No fees for commission on turnover (GMV)
You don't pay commission on sales value. The cost of SellRocket OMS doesn't increase just because you sell more expensive products or increase your average order value.
No extra charges for sales channels
The number of sales channels does not affect the subscription price. You can expand sales on marketplaces and e-commerce stores without paying extra for each additional channel.
No extra charges for automations
In SellRocket OMS, you can create unlimited automations. The system is designed to support real operational processes, not to limit the number of rules that help your team work faster and more accurately.
No extra charges for active listings
We don't charge your subscription based on the number of active listings. This is important for companies with a wide product catalog, many variants, or those selling on multiple marketplaces.
No extra charges for users
You don't pay separately for each employee account. You can create access for warehouse staff, customer service, administration, accounting, and management without complicating the pricing.
No extra charges for the number of products, variants, and bundles
The number of products, variants, and bundles does not affect the subscription price. Pricing remains based on the number of orders, which reflects the actual scale of operational work.
No additional API fees
API access is part of the system; we don't limit it by the number of keys or queries. SellRocket OMS was designed with an API-first approach, allowing it to be a component of a broader eCommerce architecture.

FAQ
We answer our clients' most frequently asked questions.
The price depends on the number of orders processed monthly in the system. We do not base the subscription fee on GMV, number of users, offers, sales channels, products, variants, automations, or API queries.
On the day the system instance is set up, a team of two implementation specialists is assigned, and the first invoice is issued – usually at the end or beginning of the month – covering the next calendar month. This marks the start of the implementation.
At the end of the month, we issue a cost adjustment to the appropriate tier according to the current price list.
Yes, just inform us of the change (both up and down) at least 1 day before the start of the new billing period.
Yes. We start the migration by analyzing the current environment and processes. We check statuses, automations, integrations, sales channels, shipping processes, user roles, and elements necessary for daily operations. Where possible, we replicate the current mode of operation 1:1 or very closely.
Usually 2–4 weeks – depending on client responsiveness and project complexity. If the project includes over 300 automated actions, implementation can take up to 2 months.
For the first month after implementation and production launch, the implementation team continues to support the client via phone and a dedicated WhatsApp/Slack group. After this period, the client transitions to the care of a responsive support team.
We do not require a long-term subscription commitment. Our collaboration is based on clear service terms, a defined implementation scope, and a predictable billing model. Clients stay with SellRocket because the system supports their operations, not because they are locked into a multi-year contract.
